"Everyone here was very nice and helpful, my appointment was set up quickly and efficiently. However, when I went it, I was pretty disappointed with the treatment I received. My session was extremely awkward. I was asked a grand total of maybe 3 questions, did the majority of the talking, without any sort of direction or guidance, was just sort of told to start talking about my problems. And then I was given a flow chart in order to write down the things that made me anxious and how to solve them. To be honest, though, if I knew how to cope with, handle, or think rationally while I was having an anxiety attack... I probably wouldn't be in therapy. So for a 50 minute session, where I did all of the talking, and received subpar advice and assistance I've been charged close to 70 dollars over the span of 2-3 weeks with no sort of follow up call or email to check in on me or whether or not I want to continue with their services. Really doesn't appear that Whittaker Family Services cares too much about the patients, runs their practice strictly as a business for the purposes of making money."

"2017-2018 This therapist interfered with a serious parental alienation court case. She first said she accepted our insurance. Even her receptionist was trying to tell me she didn't. When I told her she kept saying her paperwork was on hold. I found out she was accepting money under the table from the father of my children after lying and stating she took TriCare insurance when she clearly did not. That is insurance Fraud! She refused to help me as she claimed to be a "Family Reunification Therapist". You have to help reunify the alienated parent - not keep them apart! She became a conflict of interest after she accepted cash from my ex who fed her lies, she decided to side with him because I could not afford her. How pathetic? She could not see my children were being coached. Other therapists since then have cleared and confirmed my accounts of her poor skills as a therapist. She can not see when a mother is in distress due to someone taking her children. She cannot tell when someone has suffered PTSD from all forms of abuse. You have been warned. She is not a good therapist. She does not care about children. She does not care about mothers. Anyone leaving her a positive review is more than likely a friend or relative or a joke! Someone she paid to help her clear her numbers."

"WARNING….Christine Whitaker is very unethical, incompetent, and she will accept bribes to alter her reports….Do not waste your time and money on this corrupt person. 0% Integrity Rating!!!"

"Do not hire Christine Whitaker. She has no integrity and violated several ethical codes she is supposed to abide by as a therapist. I hired her as a social investigator in my custody case and was paid off by opposing party. She recommended 50/50 when my son was used to about 90/10. Now, my sons depressed and it’s recommended he goes on antidepressants at 10 years old. I’m taking legal action against this unethical fraud. Thank god I found a real therapist to help my son. In the meantime, don’t believe she keeps your documents confidential in her “hippa protected” DOX because she adds everything to a Dropbox with all parties authorized to view, her 90 page report is a copy and paste from her previous reports, she rushed the investigation and even told me she was going to request an extension from the court, didn’t email her report until I was physically in the courtroom giving no one any time to read or prep prior to court, edited and revised her report days after submitting it to court, eliminated interviews and pertinent information that didn’t go along with her story, and more."

"Christine Whittaker is not my doctor, but I wish she specialized in my needs! I'm mistakenly contacted her regarding a doctor search. She actually contacted me herself, not her staff, but herself in response. Christine was so kind and so gentle and offered so much information and help in regards to the specialty I was inquiring. I'm giving her a review because she made such a difference and it was so small, but so big for me. That kindness cannot be learned in school! The fact that she called personally and bothered to take several minutes to go over everything, I was so touched. Dr Whittaker has an incredibly kind disposition and she is what people expect when they seek help from a doctor. So for anybody looking for help with family services, I would highly recommend her :) You would be lucky to have such a kind doctor.
