"First I want to start off by saying I have had many positive experiences with many of the doctors. Dr. Evelyn Serrano is an amazing provider and I can’t thank her enough for my positive first birth experience! Although I was induced due to gestational hypertension, she delivered my baby with such care and I had a very positive experience! I was readmitted to the hospital for postpartum preeclampsia for 3 days and Dr Peden was very informative and had amazing bedside manner when she came to check on me. that uplifting conversation she had with me when I was feeling at my lowest after being separated from my baby being readmitted to the hospital a few days after delivering, is something I will always remember. Prior to the delivery of my rainbow baby, Dr. Roush performed my d&c after I ended up with a MMC at 10 weeks with my first pregnancy and she was nothing but patient and understanding throughout that whole traumatic process. I will say there have been many time I showed up to my appt 15 min early and still takes 2-3 hours from time of arrival until I leave whether it was for a simple pregnancy checkup or an annual. I’ve been left in many exam rooms for long long periods of time. Over an hour! BUT the wait is worth it. And I’m still confused why they ask for essentially a payment contract for the delivery (I paid 2 thousand dollars!!!) before even a first ultrasound to confirm heartbeat. I think that comes off a little insensitive. Overall, I do love the women’s group!"

"The Worst experience i have dealt with in my life. They ruined what should be one of the most memorable days in pregnancy which is the first appointment. I knew I was going to be late to the appointment, so I called in advance and asked if it is going to be a problem, I told her that I will be 15-20 minutes late and the lady on the phone assured me that they will get us in. I get to the office after driving for an hour, I got there at 2:20 when my appointment was at 2:00, and the reception tells me that we have to reschedule because we are late, I took half a day off of work and called to make sure that they will get us in with no empathy. I heard good things about the women’s group, and that is why we wanted to come here, but after today’s experience I don’t know."

"I’ve been a patient here for over a decade, they delivered my son in 2014 and i still see them for all my well visits. Great facility, wonderful staff, knowledgeable practitioners. yes, sometimes the wait can be a little long but it’s because they take their time with every patient and i personally am willing to wait for something that doesn’t feel like a rushed visit. highly recommend!"

"This practice was traumatizing. They withheld information about the health of my babies and made me come in only to tell me everything was fine and when i asked that they just communicate with me via phone call about my test results, I was asked to calm down because I was being hysterical. They withheld my refund on my labor and delivery fees when I went to change practices due to pay for my "individual OB appointments" but when I received an itemized receipt, I saw that the actual appointment was $0. Please if you are expecting, go anywhere else."

"Had a great experience for my first visit with Dr. Roush! She took the time to talk with and meet me, without feeling rushed for her next patient. The waiting room was spacious and relaxing, clean environment, friendly staff, in and out in a timely manner, and numerous trusted doctors to see. Their attentive, respectful, and caring attitudes make me look forward to my next appointment."
