"I wish I could put no stars but since the first visit was not bad and they was actually nice to my baby at first but then as I started to visit this place with my baby even more I started seeing red flags that I don’t like they act like they have a attitude because you bringing your child to be seen for concerns that u not sure about they try to make slick comments to you and act like your child concerns are nothing after I had to get a attitude and talk slick back to them about my child concerns they finally wanted to look into it and get him help but I don’t feel comfortable with my baby being in this place so my baby will not be returning there I get nothing but negative vibes EVERYTIME i go there and I don’t trust them with my child care anymore because they don’t care about nobody kids they say everything is normal and never really take time to look into it so I had enough because I don’t play when it comes to my child."

"I started taking my kids to this office over a year back when I moved to the area. I have 4 kids close in age, and the staff is always patient and kind for each and every visit. The office does a great job of following up and conducting appointment reminders. The medical assistants are all great and always make my kids and I feel welcomed. Dr Elsie and the ARNP pay attention to every detail of my kids health and I am grateful for them!"

"- These people are completely unprofessional. You will be waiting well past your appointment time too. Customer service is terrible so find somewhere else that has more than 3 stars. Can't find a good review in almost a year. - EDIT - I want to give credit to this office. Originally, I had a pretty harsh a one star mainly for issues I had with their operations almost 2-3 years ago. I’ve started coming back and it really has turned around, at least in my eyes. The doctors have always been nice but it’s definitely been a much smoother process for my son and his needs since I’ve come back. I definitely recommend this location!"

"I've been bringing my kids here since 2020 and have been really grateful for this office. The front office, the MA, and NP Hanan Harb have been great. They are attentive, organized, patient, quick to respond, and thorough with my kids' health needs & referrals. The only negative experiences I have had were after Dr. Mitchell moved away and I ended up with providers that were NOT NP Harb, so I just make sure to request her each time!"

"Insurance selected this place and doctor and I'm happy. I've taken my daughter here for various types of appointments and have been very pleased. My daughter would be uncooperative with previous assistants and doctors but has been happy and cooperative here. I've been happy with ease of getting in for appointments and all the rest of the care that we've needed."
