"I called the North Tampa location to cancel an appointment day off, I understand there’s fee I just wanted to reschedule my appointment since my job is very hard to schedule around. Understanding that I’m in the wrong I phoned in was answered by Andrea I believe, Her first question when trying to reschedule was “Well how do you know your job is going to give you this day off” I answered and said I will have to put in a request to ensure I will have off then she went on to say her closest day for an appointment was in April now I understand they’re a busy office so I told her I would have to call back, since I just need my BC refilled for march. She later went on and continued to say they wouldn’t do “another courtesy refill” I NEVER got one she made it seem like this was my goal w my appointment not patient care. After the conversation I said I would have to call back since I wanted to call my primary. she HANGED UP THE PHONE. I had to call a further location where they helped and rebook there."

"This place is really going downhill the last couple years. The front office and billing department are never on the same page. Some snotty little receptionists with poor judgment and customer service skills completely disrespected my wife today. My wife was 40 weeks pregnant and told on our last visit we owe an additional 900 dollars with no warning. I understand bills need to be paid deductibles need to be met. But when our portal balance is 300 and you’re demanding 900 trying to embarrass my wife infront of the whole office this not acceptable. But the way this information was conveyed was in pathetic manner and this office should be embarrassed. A receptionist engaged my pregnant wife with to the point her blood pressure was so high they almost sent her to the hospital endangering her and my soon to be born child. I cannot express how displeased and upset we are."

"Extremely worst location of Woman's Group. They only care about their personal reputation more than patients health. I have had a really bad experience with this location of Woman's group. I have relocated recently from another state due to a job change and it took me a while to find the hospital. They denied me care saying I have not had enough care before. This seems very absurd. How can they deny care with reason that I didn't have enough care? In a situation where I needed the care most. This extremely disheartening and shows that they only want to play safe. I'm right now in mid second trimester and needed a mandatory scan to be performed. It took 3 weeks of time to transfer the records and to get reviewed by the doctor. To just listen we are denying the care."

"I am normally a patient of the Riverview location and I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the North Tampa office. I confirmed my appointment prior to the visit and arrived early only to be told “the doctors are seeing their last client of the day, but I can reschedule you” by an extremely rude, unprofessional front desk worker. After explaining to her that this was a repeat ultrasound and visit that needed to be completed within a 2 week time frame of my prior scan she was still cold and offended no other option to us except to reschedule the appointment. As a healthcare professional, it is truly disheartening to see others prioritize the ability to leave work early over the willingness to ensure the highest level of care is provided to patients. The Riverview location truly exemplifies the standards of The Women’s Group, I unfortunately cannot say the same about the North Tampa location."

"The visit was good and my physician was very nice. I was really pleased with my doctor. The only item that needs work is the wait time. I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. Besides that, the staff members are pleasant and the office is clean."
