"We received excellent care while at St. Joseph’s. The ER doctor was great as she researched more than just topical symptoms- finding out that my son needed an appendectomy. Dr. Alicia Waters was our pediatric surgeon and she was amazing! She is extremely personal and informative. Her bedside manner helped us feel safe and that we were in the right place for our son’s surgery. Dr. Waters’ open and caring personality shines through her work. My son is recovering very well. She is absolutely amazing! Thank you Dr. Waters and staff!"

"From the first step in, we were treated with respect. The security, receptionist, admitting nurse, were all attentive. The nursing staff, NP, and doctors, even those in passing, not directly connected to our son, were ready to offer assistance, provide ease, answer questions. It's a shame that all hospitals' staff don't manage like this. The doctor took the needed time to explain test results, and 'next'. Quite frankly, it is shameful to think that less is often provided, but that's a reality... We were thankful that the treatment was as it should always be when, as parents, we're on edge about our children's health. Our sincerest thanks!"

Everyone was so friendly and supportive and helpful. They made our daughter feel at ease and also made mom and dad more comfortable also! We had a car crash on my little girl's third birthday and the nurses went above and beyond to turn the whole scary experience into a joyful celebration, with lights and gifts and extreme kindness. The doctor was efficient and thorough. I was so shaken, but having all their support in that moment helped me so much to stay calm and grounded. "In the er for children’s and there is absolutely no cleaning or sanitation Happening at all. There a pile of puke on the floor for the past hour and three cleaners, a nurse and an admin all looked at and kept on going. So many coughing and sneezing kids in here tonight. No one has through to clean the chairs in the waiting room in the last two hours. Those who arrived when the ones who were sick sitting in the chairs are standing because of how unsanitary it is. There not even handsanitzer or napkins to try to clean yourself."
