"After seeing Dr. Schwartz, I had a great feeling about everything. He prescribed a medication that wasn't approved by my insurance. So I'm spending over a week trying to get proper medication. He wants me to get a spinal cord stimulator implant and I looking forward to. But after being hung up multiple times, my text never answered, the lack of professionalism not of him but of the staff. That does speak to the credibility of his leadership that he would employ such incompetent staff. The only real light in all of this was the representative from the Spinal Cord Stimulator. She has been a godsend answering questions that the doctor's office should have. How can I go under the knife and have something implanted inside of me without proper backup from the doctor's office? In my opinion, this office is a pass for me"

"I am so glad I found this practice after a horrible experience at Comprehensive Pain Management who told me I wouldn't be able to get the medication I've been on for 20 years. Certified Spine Care welcomed me with open arms and has been treating me like I mattered. Dr. Ruben Swartz is the best!"

"After being mistreated, lied to and talked down to by Dr. Maldonado, I walked out!! Dr. Maldonado is a creep and he has a very bad vibe. There is no patient care or concern. It's all about the money they can make off of you. Lie after lie from the entire staff about getting my medication. Enough is enough. If you want to get the care you deserve, DON'T GO THERE!"

"I strongly encourage you to steer clear. I have never posted a poor review for any business but...They said they could do a T-Block to stop pain in my abdomen, which is an ultrasound guided injection of pain meds. They informed me it could take more than one injection. The first injection wore off relatively quickly so I went to the follow-up and was then told they can't do another injection because they no longer have their ultrasound machine. Another worker left the practice and took "his machine" with him. Spoke to me about putting implants in my spine...no thank you. Turns out I had two hernias that had to be surgically repaired. Then comes the bill for the first injection which I paid immediately to put that whole experience behind me. Next day I see the EOB. They billed me the "patient not responsible" amount. I phoned them spoke to a nice person who told me once the payment processed I would be issued a refund. That was July 28, 2022. The payment processed August 9, 2022. Finally on Oct 14 after leaving several messages, I received a call back from Marianna who said she was unaware of the issue and would get back to me the next day. It is now a week later and no call, hence this review. I see I'm not alone in this battle either. If I can prevent another person from going through this frustration, then at least something can come of this. Now I call insurance company."

"I am very disappointed with Certified Spine & Pain Care. I was originally scheduled in the Pompano Beach location and when it was time to see the doctor again they sent me to the Wellington location which is 45 to an hour away for me. I told them I was experiencing a lot of migraine headaches but the prescription that the doctor said he prescribed was never sent to my pharmacy. They also scheduled a MRI in the Wellington location. I called them to resend my prescription and to change the location closer to me but that was never done. I have an impingement on my spinal cord which is in my cervical spine. I also told the doctor I was having a lot of shoulder pain. The pain is constant but he said it was because of my neck. Both doctors I’ve seen totally disregard that. But my last MRI on my shoulder I had a tare on it and other issues. I just got a callback from the MRI saying that they have a prescription for my low back only when I do not have any pain on my low back and it’s so frustrating to experience so many different errors just being a new a patient. This is ridiculous and I won’t be coming back."
