"I went to the store to make a return on March 24,2021at 4:14pm and Dean told me I couldn’t that I can only get an exchange and I told him that when I purchased the product I was told that I was able to return it if I wasn’t satisfied with the product and I asked him where does it say that policy he was talking about on the receipt. I left that store very upset and disappointed at their customer service skills. I will never again purchase anything from Guess and I’ll make sure to give my feedback about them to everyone I know. I will keep reporting their bad service and putting bad reviews on their websites. Especially that store at The Mall at Wellington Green!!!"

"Staff was very rude .I was at the store today looking for a pair of sunglasses everything was on sale 50% or more and they told me the sunglasses are not on sale .If an item is not on sale please specify with a sign you cannot ask for a pair of Guess Sunglasses almost 100 dollar ..A different store have the same sunglasses on sale 50% discount . Learn ho to do business before you work on a store and be nice with customer if you don’t like your job go and find something better don’t be rude with customer and pay attention to them"
