"Honestly if there was a zero star selection, i would of chosen it. I came into this store with my wife since she shops there so it was my first time & out of nowhere i hear yelling from this lady emma, emly or whatever they were calling her but she was treating her staff poorly & shaming one of her fellow worker. I feel so bad for her & the staff, this is not how a manager should be treating their staff while customers are shopping. Not to forget she was yelling at one of them while my wife was checking out at the counter. I’m surprised that she’s the manager, with that attitude she should be collecting garbage"

"lousy service yesterday Sunday I went to this store and it was 5:30 pm and the girl did not let me in because she said it was closed supposedly they close at 6 pm in the other stores all open at that time and if they let me in it was a a thin brown girl and another rude latina and there were still people inside that store we grabbed 3 clothes to pay quickly and even so the dark-haired girl didn't let me in I would never go in there again"

"Went there with my niece and left with nothing due to horrible customer service. We were unable to try anything on due to their ridiculous fitting room hours. I wanted to file a formal complaint about the fitting hours then the young lady refused to give me the store mangers name or give me the store number as if I was stupid. I left my items right on the counter bc I refuse to spend money where I am disrespected especially for low quality clothes. NEVER AGAIN!"

"This store has terrible customer service and treated my cousin like a criminal when she was trying to exchange her items. She went in today and they really called mall security and lied on her which thankfully other people was around and took up for her to security and told them that she wasn’t rude nor did she threaten the girl. She just asked why couldn’t she get a store credit because today is tax free and the store is packed with people. My cousin suffers from anxiety and doesn’t like to be around large crowds of people because she can have panic attacks which is why she wanted the store credit so she can come back when it’s less busy but they treated her like a crook. Never again!"

"Shopping: Decently inexpensive clothing. Their simplistic stuff is more appealing. Might want to look elsewhere for jeans as their buttons and zippers have broken easily. Layout: Nothing too confusing. They make it quite obvious where to find certain pieces unlike large department stores and other popular stores. Atmosphere: During my visit, it was a bit warm in the store. Not-so-great pop/remix music plays constantly in the store, but if you like that sort of music then you won't even notice. Service: Nothing out of the ordinary. Happy, helpful, service made our checkout easy."
