"We love old navy because they fit oddly shaped/in the middle sized kiddos. But I had the worst experience have no buggy to put my toddler in. Came in to school shop and left after only a few items were picked up. Guess I will have to bring stroller now to have enjoyable experience. Didn't even have bags either."
"I understand that all businesses are trying to save in many areas, but the instructions to charge customers for bags after they just purchased clothing does not make sense. In the long run you will lose customers this way. You are not thinking about the full customer experience if you are making decisions like this. I stepped outside and it begin pouring raining, I shouldn’t have to choose whether I want a bag for an additional cost after spending money on the merchandise."
"The staff were nice and they had what I needed. My only complaint would be that the floors were dirty. There was some trash on a seat and some on the floor. It would be nice if they kept it clean."
