"Love this location however I bought 2 pairs of jeans this past Saturday and one of the pair has a bad/strong odor. Smell is a mix of mothballs and some type of bug spray smell. I have washed twice and cannot get the smell out. Anyone else run into this??"

"I walked in and was instantly greeted by Jayden I’m not sure if she was a manager but she definitely should be.she let me know about the sales going on and helped me at the register .fun fact Jayden has the most beautiful eyes I’ve seen so it made the visit much much better ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I have been shopping at Express for a very long time and not once have I been treated so poorly by the staff like I have at this location. They are NOT trust worthy. I had left my $350 sunglasses at the store and did not realize it until I was already on my drive home. I then called the store and spoke to them as was promised by them that my sunglasses were found and that they were safe and that I would be able to pick it up at my earliest convenience. I then called the store the following day to advise them that I was on my way to pick up and I was told my sunglasses were no longer there. I am NEVER spending another dime at your store nor will I ever send my friends and family to that location."
