"I ordered several items of clothing in December 2022 and ended up only keeping one. Their refund/return policy is horrible and their customer service is worse. You have to pay for shipping back, and they only allow credit, no refunds. I kept my tracking number with confirmation of receipt in early January. However, I never received credit. I messaged the company and was told to check my spam folder, and let them know it was not there. 14 emails and 5 months later I still had no credit. It was not until I posted this review on google that I finally got the credit. I was told it was issued several months ago, but never was told that by customer service through e-mail nor was it ever resent. The customer service seriously needs some work. 5 months is unacceptable. I would not buy from this site unless you are 100% sure you are going to keep the item(s)."

"I was searching for a dress I really wanted so I did a Google image search and found this boutique had it for sale. Even though it was during the high volume shopping period of the holiday season, they confirmed my order immediately and sent it out within a couple of days. Loved my purchase and love the customer service they provided, promptly responding to all of my inquiries. Will be shopping here again in the near future. Keep up the great work :-)"

"Processing took way to long. Customer service was rude when I called and kept talking over me & the quality of the dress is cheap. It’s a cheap spandex material that is literally see-through and y’all are charging $97 for Amazon quality. Thankfully I paid for rush shipping so it did get here quicker than it took to process it. Dress is cute but I’m not sure if I’d wear it and I’m not returning it cause honestly, I wouldn’t order anything from them again just from my first experience. I wouldn’t recommend them.."

"The outfits are beautiful and my style but I still haven't recieved a dress I ordered a few months ago and was told to contact my local post office. In which I did, and they in return said to contact the shop again. Which I did. Many times. Now no one can help me with that 1 item I neva recieved out of the many I've ordered from this company. I also got three items that the thread has been hanging from them and I'm afraid to cut it off, that the items may fall apart. So I haven't even gotten a chance to wear them yet. Very disappointing considering the amount of money the items are and how I'm such a loyal customer in hopes I get what I paid for because I love the style."
