"It was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Amahi was excellent with her warm and comfortable smile to help me with style and color. Her patience with me was not pushy but waiting for me to respond. She was allowing me to be me. While ringing up the tab, she suggested how I could get another $50 gift card. What a great opportunity that I didn't realize I had! Then another customer serviceceèr helped me pick out a pearl necklace, which helped me get the gift card. She is also a teacher. The assistant manager dropped in with a few more suggestions. It wasn't overwhelming but comfortably refreshing. This was a team effort from a group of altruistic people helping a customer just shopping by making it an enjoyable experience. After driving from Margate to Wellington just to find a pineapple candle. What a great shopping experience that was unexpected. I highly recommend this Tommy Bahamas Store to come to relax shop."

"I went into the Wellington location to do a return for a birthday gift that someone gave me and I had no receipt. The manager and staff in particular Esther were amazingly helpful and welcoming and help me complete an exchange for some really nice garments that were better suited to me. I highly recommend going in and checking it out The staff is wonderful and they have a nice selection of men's and ladies garments."

The displays were perfect and the inventory was very satisfying! Best of all, was the professional and attentiveness of an employee there named Dale. His knowledge, advice and personality was just so refreshing these days where the lack of customer service knowledge is everywhere. I hope he reads this and gets a huge pat on the back and more. "Tommy Bahama at Wellington Mall has the most superlative staff. Karen is usually my go to person for sales help but everyone is friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable, and honest , because as everyone knows, not everything looks great on!! The store is immaculate and the merchandise is flawlessly presented , they must steam everything before it goes on the floor. The have an exceptional variety of merchandise and they are more than willing to order something and ship it to you at no extra charge. I would highly recommend you try shopping here, great quality, value and style, not to mention- wonderful customer service who really cares!!!"
