"The always are short staffed and turn people away 15 minutes before their lunch time. They’ve done it to me 3 times and to my friend twice."

"I came here for a routine work blood draw. I'm pretty sure they mixed up my results with someone else. I'm 5'5, they have me down as 4'7 and all my measurements are off. I hate giving blood and will have to go to another labcorp because of this misinformation"

"In 60m, with 2 technicians only 3 people successfully got their blood drawn. Appointment or not, holy cow this is the slowest I've ever seen a LabCorp/Quest. I assure you it was for naught. This lady couldn't keep track of her paperwork, who she'd helped and who hadn't been helped. She almost drew the same man's blood twice (him and his wife had appointments). Like talk about legal liability. This is the type of facility where you hear about someone's fluids getting swapped or someone getting misdiagnosed with cancer or something because the lab screwed up the paperwork. Not trying to be a total jerk, but I'm calling it now, legal liability* FYI, after an hour of watching this lady mess up 3 different people's paperwork- I left on account of not wanting my child to become a victim to poor medical practice and what repercussions may follow."

"I understand that in the current climate business may be challenging. However, I left this location very frustrated. I had an appointment, arrived and checked in on my phone. I waited for 45 minutes, seeing other people leave the location. Tired of waiting, I went to the front door and saw a sign posted saying that the location was closed. I saw 2 employees inside working, but did not come to the door. I tried to call the location but no one answered the phone, even though I saw them inside. Why would you allow me to check in when the location is closed? Terrible way of doing business."

"If I could give a 0 stars I would. This place is the epitome of a nightmare. I went in this morning with an appointment for lab work. I signed in, scanned my license AND insurance card. After asking if I had an appointment, an older receptionist lady told me I didn't have an appointment. I showed her all my email confirmations which she refused to look at and continued to say I wasn't in the system. She refused to even look up my wife's name being that she was the one that set up the appointment for me. After 20 min of fruitless back and forths I left. The older receptionist was very rude. I was so frustrated that I didn't bother asking her name. I can see why this place has so low ratings. Needless to say, stay away unless you want to add grief and headaches to your life."
