"Highly recommend Simon imaging. Easy to book appointments on line or, in my case, with a scheduler. We had multiple different tests performed that required detailed scheduling. We arrived early as requested and was started early, ultimately finishing early. Check in was simple and staff were all courteous and knowledgeable. "Very punctual they’re excellent with their reminders. The staff is efficient quick & friendly from the front desk with Karen to the back. The clinicians are very knowledgeable with excellent clinical skills. Second year in a row with the same experience. Update:I Had two procedures done on the same day back to back. They sent the first one, but not the second one to my Dr. I had to call back six days later to find out where it was. The good news is it was corrected within hours!"

"The staff was pleasant and professional. The facility was clean. The MRI was as enjoyable as an MRI can be. I was late for my appointment because I couldn’t find the specific building in the complex. Called the main number to get assistance in finding the office, which was futile, otherwise I would have been early for my appointment. They were nice enough to offer me a later slot since I had missed my appointment. I appreciate them willing to work me in because of my specific prep for the procedure, even though I waited 3 1/2 hours for them to fit me in. I personally would prefer the newer gowns that have three arm holes, so there’s no tying of knots behind you in order to preserve your modesty."
"My experience with SimonMed Imaging was positive. They give constant appointment reminders, which is great if you are a busy person. The office assistant at the front desk was also attentive and helpful. Check out was quick and easy. The service by technicians was also great and professional. My only wish is that they would provide gowns that are more privacy protective for patients. Thank you and keep up the great service."
