"I had to get multiple tests today that would require 4 vials of blood to be drawn. I'm a very hard stick and dread blood tests. My phlebotomist, Christine, was fabulous and got it on the first try, which hardly ever happens. Also, I didn't realize that my doctor back in NJ had not filled out the script completely, and the area with his name, address, fax#, and other pertinent info was blank. It was too early for them to call the doctors office, but Christine was able to find the info in the quest system so I could proceed. I'm not sure why this office has such low ratings. I would go back anytime. I do recommend, like at all Quest offices, that you register online to skip the kiosk in the waiting room."

"Had no problems here at all the staff was very helpful when she saw me and released I hadn't purchased the test I need to order in advance. She let me go back to the waiting area while I ordered it and once she call me back shortly after. It was less the 3 minutes. Amazing work ladies thank you again!"

"Weekday early-morning shift staff are kind and quick. Just enter all your information online, a check-in link will be sent by text the day of appointment to avoid the kiosk."

"One star for the ease of making an appointment online and their check-in technology. The technician we had was just terrible. First she called my daughter’s name wrong, both the pronunciation and the spelling. And she blamed us for not responding to her call. I told her “you called the name wrong and you missed a couple of letter when you spelled it. There is a huge difference between Zhang and Zaag!” Then while drawing my daughter’s blood, she blamed my daughter for “keeps moving” so she had to adjust the needle that’s already in her arm. I told her “she’s not moving, you are moving! Every time you change the vial you move the needle. How come you don’t use the tape to secure the needle?” I was holding my daughter during the entire process and I could sure tell that my 5-yr old was staying still and not moving around, although crying. I could feel the pain as the technician kept moving the needle in the arm. Yikes."

"First of all, schedule an appointment should you choose to come here. This place is pretty small and only has like 12 seats. I had an appointment and was called maybe 10 minutes after waiting, can't say how long a walk-in would take. The phlebotomist asked me what arm I wanted to get drawn from. I said my right arm. But she questioned me and said why not the left one, because she could see the vein. First of all, I've taken phlebotomy, I've been stuck hundreds of times by phlebotomy students, and a well-trained individual goes by feel of the vein not just by sight. Red flag. Of course she uses the vein I didn't want her to choose, did not anchor the vein, pokes my arm, and of course misses. Then she fished a little bit and found it, while I felt slight pain. I was staring at the needle and the process the whole time, I'm not afraid of needles anymore. That whole exchange was upsetting. Why ask what arm, if you're gonna pick the one you want anyway? I didn't say anything as she is the one with the needle, I'm not gonna aggravate the one poking me. Luckily, I knew to keep immediate pressure to prevent bruising because that usually happens when a needle is swayed in the arm. I left immediately. I felt the staff was very unprofessional and rude, definitely needs to work on bedside manner. I absolutely wouldn't come here again."
