"If I could rate the corporation 1 star and it not effect or impact the humans in the office I would. I am only rating the women’s care office that is closing in Clermont a five star for the humans in that office that I love so much. I advise as they close that any obgyn considering to go under the women’s care name reconsider. Watching what the corporate office did to the office I loved through this last pregnancy was wretched. Every person in that office from billing, front desk, lab tech, sonogram tech, nurse, or physician was positive and a genuine human. I looked forward to every appointment, and was treated like family when I walked through those doors. I have had to say goodbye to some pretty amazing humans and it kills me. I feel terrible for those who aré pregnant and do not get to deliver through them. From beginning to end, the humans made every experience a great one. Both of my children’s deliveries went smooth. My second was high risk, and everyone did a great job making sure we both were healthy. I could always reach the nurse Wendy at anytime when I needed help."

"Heard amazing reviews about this place. I called and was on the phone for an hour and seven minutes to schedule an appointment. They would not schedule me an appointment because I’m 10 weeks along. The lady on the phone told me that most mothers take care of themselves and their babies and schedule sooner. As a medical provider, don’t judge mothers. How rude."

"I absolutely loved this location, the staff, and the providers! Everyone was wonderful, and I never had a bad experience here. Unfortunately, we were informed yesterday when we showed up for our appointment that as of October 1st, they will no longer be delivering at Winnie Palmer, and instead will be delivering at South Lake (which doesn't even have the facilities to handle high risk or problematic births). This hospital is much too far from where we live and work, and we do not feel as confident in it as we do Winnie. Evidently, other patients feel the same as I noticed many other women in tears sitting in the lobby after being informed. Now, halfway through my first pregnancy (which is already stressful to navigate), I have to transfer to a different office and provider. I'm heartbroken about having to leave this location and the wonderful people who work there, and am frustrated by the situation, and lack of transparency and planning. I'm just glad I'm not one of the women who are due next month that are now scrambling to make a decision. So, 5/5 stars for the location, staff and providers, 0/5 stars for the "corporate" decision that was poorly executed and communicated."

"Dr. Ortiz is probably the most amazing provider I’ve ever met with. She makes you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. Everything you could ever ask for in a doctor she exhibits. The office staff is also so friendly, and I don’t see myself going anywhere every again"

"This is the most fabulous doctors office I’ve ever been to. The staff is wonderful. I love it here. The patient rooms are just amazing. Doesn’t even feel like an ob/gyn."
