"I wish I could give zero stars! Worst customer service ever. I had an appointment that I scheduled three weeks in advance and got a call the day before that there was an emergency call out and I would need to reschedule my appointment. No problem I get it, these things happen. I call the center because I desperately needed to reschedule as quickly as possible as this appointment was for surgery clearance for critical surgery I’m supposed to have the following week. I explained my situation and the need to be seen as soon as possible. The lady I spoke to basically told me there’s nothing they could do about it and that the next appointment available would be after my surgery which obviously wouldn’t work. She did not even try to talk to anybody to see if there was anything that could be done. Absolutely zero effs given, no empathy or understanding. Now I’m scrambling to try to find another facility to accommodate me in the next couple of days. Furthermore, they also messed up the type of appointment I was coming in for so had I had the appointment, it would’ve been a hot mess as well because of their lack of organization. Do yourself a favor go to Simon Med instead."

"Let me say I’m not one to ever give bad reviews because I look at people with compassion and always know everyone is doing their best. My experience with Clermont Radiology was terrible!! From the beginning. I should have read the reviews before . They treat you like they are so superior. Very condescending! I have never been treated with such disrespect. Like I was so incompetent. At one point was asked if they wanted me to spell my last name for me. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Even getting the result was beyond frustrating. Never again."

"This place is not ran well at all. Unfortunately they circle the market for radiology in the area and you are not left with many options. Took my wife for ex rays yesterday afternoon and that went very well and we were able to get her in and out in about 30 minutes or so. She’s has had a recent spell with her back and hips that makes it super hard to walk and straighten up and I was able to help the nurses help her her from the ex ray room to the changing area. The two nurses were very nice and very helpful and even lent me a huge hand in lifting her up and getting her to the other room. No tears and no suffering. There is a sign on the door going to the back that says patient only and nobody else can come back unless the person needs assistance and my wife did. So I was in the waiting room and got called out to come back in which my wife and I were both thankful for. Today we went back for a follow up to get her MRI done which she dreaded to have because she knew she’d be in pain once getting off the table. I took off work early to ensure I could be the one that got the call again from the nurses to help and unfortunately that NEVER happened today! My wife called my name as she came back to the waiting room and had tears in her eyes and down her face. She explained as we were walking from the office that after the MRI she asked for my help and to get my husband please. Instead the nurse said sorry can’t do that and raised the cheap plastic bed rails and just basically let her do it by herself with zero help. In fact after she left the room in agony that anyone could see the nurses in passing just looked at her and then in the other direction. The nurse that did the MRI actually just pointed my wife to the door that exits the area into the waiting room and said there is the exit. Nice huh?? Very professional huh?? Thank god we have such great care of people that go to these places right??? NOT! The doors themselves are super heavy and she had to push them open in super pain. I walked her as slow as possible to the car and went right back inside. I may have loaded my cool but for good cause. I told the nurse what happened in detail and that just the other day I was allowed to help and the nurses helped led me her! I then pointed to the sign in n the door going into the back and said just look what that says!! How is this even possible that this would happen today??? She was busy typing my conversation in an email to the manager I am guessing. I told them all it was a shame to treat anyone like this you don’t treat people like this you call patients! Most folks in the waiting room got real quiet but the point was very clear. If I could sue you I would trust me I would. And you MOST likely should be for this type of nonsense. Treat folks like you would like to be treated and as you would want your family to be treated. One star is the lowest I could do but it should be ZERO. I want someone to read this and start asking some questions at that office. Look at your staff and make sure they are ALL suited for serving people with care. Shame on you all. If you can avoid these folks."

"Can't return calls or provide service in live chat to make an appointment -- this is the place my Doctor referred me to. Attempted to use live chat and when it was my turn, it said they were still busy and to leave a message. When I called, it said to leave my number and when it was my turn in the queue I would receive a call back. Today is Monday at 142p -- I left my number on Friday at approx. 9am. They can't respond in any form. I've let my doctor's office know of the situation (Cano Health) -- Waiting for a response to be referred elsewhere. Update: I filled out an online form through their website for an appointment and someone reached out to schedule. Use the online form -- avoid live chat or calling to schedule."

"Staff was very caring and friendly. Was my first time for a mammogram and the tech was phenomenal. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because just make sure you check your bill. I have insurance which I gave multiple times and they never ran it and tried to charge me the non insurance price ."
