"I’m very disappointed and frustrated with this location!! My daughter and I have been waiting over 3 hours as walk-in !!! I have never had to wait like this in any lab before! Not to mention the lady who keeps coming out to call people is extremely rude and snippy when I questioned her. Excuse me Lady we have been here long enough and now may even be late for our 1pm doctor!! Seems ridiculous being here since 9:30am!!!"

"I had a 1:10 pm appointment. I was called by Madison after a 10 minute wait in the lobby. Madison was pleasant and professional and she conducted my lab screening very efficiently and without issue. I have become increasingly critical when staff members are not competent or courteous in conducting business. I was very appreciative that Madison exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU!"

"Thank you Liz for helping me today! I hate getting my blood draw because my hands are always cold and I have tiny veins. Liz was able to get my blood drawn and she was sooooooooo nice throughout the process. She was kind, cheerful, pleasant, and provided me with a great customer service experience today! Thank you!"

"My husband and I both made our appts online which was easy. We had different dates but both times we walked in, waited less than 5 min, had great service for our blood draw. We'll use them again for sure."

"This by far the worst location. Took my mom there at 6:45 as a walk in and waited 4 hrs in the lobby. Lab techs stated that patients with appointment are taken first. I do understand the importance of the patients that have an appointment to be provided service first, but it is unprofessional to have an elderly pt wait for 4 hours for service and no approximate time when she will be taken back."
