"Another bad experience with Quest. Attempted to get blood work as a walk in. Went into the office at 3:02 pm and signed in. There were 2 options on the sign in walk in or appointment. Nobody else at all in the office, so I thought it would go smoothly. A Quest employee came out and said "we don't even take walk ins anymore", "only stand by, but you had to be here by 3:00. I looked at the time and it was 3:04. "Just come back tomorrow ", ha, yeah tight."

"They need to update their automated phone message when you call their main number it does not list the locations that do not take walk-ins I just wasted my time going over to their facility just to sit there and play with the kiosk that would make me an appointment later on this afternoon then It was explained buy one of the techs that they don't take walk-ins at all. She was very nasty and rude and walked away in the middle of our conversation. So I hope the manager reads this and takes action to explain to their employee not to be rude to their patience when there's a confusion like this. It doesn't take any effort just to be nice."

"Made an appointment. I was a few minutes late due to morning traffic but it was fine. I had never been before and was a little out of my way but the only early morning appointment i could get in a timely manner. Checked in at the kiosk. I was brought back a few minutes later and the phlebotomist was GREAT. She was quick and thorough. I HATE having blood drawn because I have disappearing veins and they usually have to fish around to find the vein. Not this lady. One stick and she was done. Great experience. It was worth the drive."
