It would be very helpful if they told you upfront that using the roadside assistance that YOU pay for will go in as a claim and they will drop you if you use it more then 3 times in 3 years. So I hope no one needs to be towed. Now my insurance is through the roof. Thanks statefarm ......... I only gave a 2 cause the girls are very nice not very informative though as you can tell. I even called the office to ask if I would get in trouble for using the towing so soon and was told no I should be fine not to worry... Lol. What a joke. DONT USE THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE........"
