"I’ve been waiting for my appointment over 30 mins and they’ve taken two people who came after I did first. 0 stars"

"Fantastic experience. Early this morning I went to Google to look for a walk-in clinic to help me with an ear infection. I choose MinuteClinic. Google linked me to their website. I was able to get an appointment for 12:30 the sameday. I did the pre-check in online. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen right away. From walking in to on my way took 15 to 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional."

"I checked for appointments within a 30 mile radius and found this was the only location that had an appointment opening for the day. This location is a 25-30 min drive from my home. The available appointment was for 12:50pm. It was 12:18pm when I made the appointment. I got my sick daughter ready and in the car as quickly as I could. However, I walked in the CVS door at 12:58 (8 minutes after my appointment time). By the time I got signed in it showed I was 12 minutes late. I sat down and waited almost another 5 minutes before I was called back and told that since I was late they could not see my daughter. I completely understand the importance of punctuality. I am one that is NEVER typically late. It’s a pet peeve of mine. However, I also understand the importance of empathy. This provider must not be a mother that has ever had a sick child that they had to rush to the only available appointment they could get. Also, there was no one else waiting for their appointment. I could be a little more understanding had there been other people waiting. I was told appointment windows are only scheduled for 20 minute intervals and at this point we were well into the next persons time window and they weren’t there. Not only that but by the time she explained this, tried to schedule me another appointment for the next day or at another location she could have seen my daughter and ran the needed tests she said they didn’t have time to run. Moral of the story don’t be late, you will be met with an unsympathetic provider, have wasted over an hour of your day, lots of gas, and you will have no resolution to your child’s illness."

"I've always enjoyed the staff at this particular minute clinic. They are very thorough and caring, like going home to have Mom make you some chicken soup. That is not to downplay their knowledge or professionalism, they know their stuff and they treat you like family."

"Poor experience. There was a woman there with 30 minutes left until closing. I was told they would not see anyone else for the evening... that’s with 30 minutes left! She didn’t even bother to look at me and make eye contact as if I was just another person to shrug off... an annoyance. She just began cleaning around the office. I was confused at first when arriving because there were just two doors, a kiosk and no one to talk to. I’m new to the minute clinic and it was an awful experience since I had the flu and was exhausted running a fever and body aches... it took me everything I had to leave the house and drive there. I ended up going to the Halifax ER off Howland where they diagnosed me with influenza type A. I had a very good experience there. Had I waited any longer, I wouldn’t have had the option to take the pill to shorten the intensity/length of the flu."
