"It took several phone calls until my own doctor herself had to call and find out why, in the middle of February, I could schedule my CT scan no problem but my X-rays couldn't be scheduled because they were booked out past July. For X-rays. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? They kept calling me to schedule, butpppp giving me the same story: no X-rays for at least five months! So it's wasn't a fluke of some sort. My doctor called and gave them hell, then called me back with my appointment for everything less than a week away and asked me if Akumin had been in touch with me about my appointment. No, they hadn't, but I did ironically get an automated call from Akumin reminding me about my 2:00 appointment, but the auto call came at 3:00 - a full hour late! You never heard of such a mess back when it was still LAD Imaging."
"Went in to see if I could get my hand xrayed. Was told it wouldn't be until next week. She looked at my black n blue hand and immediately went to ask if they could squeeze me in today. I was able to get the xray less than two hours later....thank you ladies!! Have used the facility in Deltona for years and always a great experience. Again thanks for going above and beyond."

"Nice place and atmosphere. MRI machine was kinda small. (Not theAkumins fault)My shoulders touched on either side. Couldn't get nice and comfortable. But everything was fine. Everyone is friendly thank you for making it pleasant"
