"Man yall I have chronic issues and have to get blood tests every three months for 4 years and I have anxiety lol. This one woman there is very nice. I’ll try to ask her name next time. I always am too nervous to remember lol. Update her name is Alexis. Very nice."

"Made a 6:50 appointment, they couldn’t find my request in their computer. I had my husband send me hard copy via phone and I e mailed them. They got one page successfully so I sent the other again twice!! I had been to this facility several times before and they should have had my history. They were polite, but definitely not helpful. PS my Dr office confirmed they sent it. They wanted me to wait back in waiting room which I refused to do. So sick of establishments not helping at all. Left and went somewhere else. Done in 10 minutes. I’ll never go there again."

"So they updated the entire office space and it looks pretty nice inside. It's a lot cleaner and lot more offices. Basically a lot more welcoming to patients. All new nurses which only dealt with two of them and the first one I had was the absolute worst. She was rushing through my blood work which I don't have good veins as it is and I let her know that, well she did not care. She rushed through my blood work and blew two of the only good veins I had that nobody else had ever had a problem hitting before. So then when she got mad she passed me to another nurse and this lady got me in one stick. The second lady was an absolute angel. If I go back to that location she WILL be the only one I will see otherwise I will cancel my appointment on the spot and go somewhere else. I've never In 31 years had somebody rush trying to stick somebody with a needle and then act with an attitude about it because she couldn't hit my vein. Like lady didn't you just blow my veins, shouldn't I be the one that's mad? Basically out of this visit I give it negative two stars out of 5."

"I had an appointment scheduled, I was taken back quickly which I am happy about but there was several people ahead of me that were there waiting even after I left. I’m 8 months pregnant and I was stabbed multiple times in both arms aggressively. She missed the veins every time and kept pulling the needle in and around my skin. I left with bruises all over and I almost passed out and fell over pale white after being mutilated like that. She never once asked if I was okay and I clearly wasn’t but I didn’t want to have to come back and do this twice. Please avoid this one please . Worst experience ever getting blood drawn."

"First time in this office. Only had a minor problem which put me behind schedule due a “missing order” that was there all the time. Turns out my name was messed up in the order and Japsi very politely helped and figured out what the issue was. She also drew my blood and has good hands. Between her and Alex they made my day brighter as they are both very cheerful."
