SpringHill Suites by Marriott West Palm Beach I-95

"Do Not! I repeat Do Not stay at this location! I stayed here for a few nights with my wife. We always use Marriott. Hotel is old and beat up. Rooms smell weird. But a few days after check out we were charged $250 smoking fee. WE DONT EVEN SMOKE. We were accused of covering the smoke detector with a bag and they said picture evidence was taken place which is false documentation. I’ve never had any issues with the other locations EVER. I’m taking this to Corporate and if it doesn’t resolve escalating with my attorney. I have records of Hotel stays and always kept it clean. We DON’T SMOKE!"

"Rooms are nice & clean. Front desk staff was very helpful & friendly to my personal business matter that made my check in process easy! Front desk agent London was very sweet she made my stay better. I enjoyed the heated pool & the workout room. & a decent hot complementary breakfast. I would stay here again next t time I’m in west palm beach!"

"We stayed here a couple of weeks ago during the holidays. In our first room, we counted 10 ants crawling around the sink area. The front desk staff member promptly moved us to the 5th floor. A couple of days later, there was an electrical problem in the hotel which affected room lights and the elevators for an entire day. They ran out of most food items for the complimentary breakfast one morning. We've stayed here a few times over the past decade. This place used to be a good value but has been getting progressively worse over time. The staff is friendly and attentive so this seems to be a management and maintenance issue. On this trip we also stayed at a SpringHill Suites in Lumberton, NC. That was a much better experience and more typical of a Marriott property. If the management at the West Palm Beach SpringHill Suites wants to see an example of a well maintained and managed location, they should take a trip up I-95 to Lumberton."

"The desk clerk wasn't there when we arrived, took about 10 minutes, didn't apologize for the wait, helped people who came in after me. The room was hot and when we called to ask, she was rude and hung up, she was missing again when we had to get another towel. The room lights didn't work...bed was so uncomfortable and up against the wall. Very small space. Shower was annoying, no pressure. Will not be returning."

"We were just there and found everything great. Abdull at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. Always answered questions, had a smile, and had helpful suggestions. All the staff was polite and genial, always had a good morning and a smile and all were professional. They were doing some work on the front facade which made the main entrance a bit harder to access at times, but not a real inconvenience at all. We were there for a travel baseball tournament and they are centrally located to all the fields we played at so that made travel easy and convenient. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. The pool probably could've used a vacuuming due to some leaves, but it didn't seem to affect the kids swimming at all. All in all, I would definitely stay there again when I'm in the area."
