"The rooms are old and outdated (and damp/somewhat musky) but have everything you need and are spacious. The hotel grounds are amazing, nicely kept with plenty to do. The pool area is very nice, we spent most of out time by it. Breakfast was above average for a hotel, which was a pleasant surprise, though their coffee was trash. You also get a 10% discout at three neighboring restaurants. We love the character and charm of this BW, it's older but we definitely recommend and would return for a future stay. Great location also!"

"Booked the king room a month ahead. Upon arriving to the hotel on the day of my birthday I checked in, paid and headed to the room. It had two queen beds. Queen bed is too small for me and my husband to sleep comfortably and I had no plans to sleep separately. When I went to the front desk, the young gentleman with long overdue manicure (I don’t want to be petty, but when you work with customers and represent the face of the hotel, you should be groomed properly) gave me an attitude, that they don’t have any king rooms so he can’t help me. No apologies provided. When I said that I booked a month ago and was never notified that my room won’t be available, he continued to talk to me with raised voice and pressured speech, with no solution provided. Then I asked for refund, which was taken care of, thanks for that. His last phrase was “I hope you will find the room” in a sarcastic manner. Well there were plenty of other rooms available in the area that meet my expectations. I even saved 100$. It’s a pity because the hotel seemed nice and was beautifully decorated for holidays. But with such customer service, I won’t recommend it to anyone."

"Stayed two nights prior to a cruise. Staff was so pleasant and happy especially the young man at the desk in the morning. Rooms were very clean, no bugs, beds slept okay, pool and lounge area was like a little oasis in the middle of the property. Quiet area, hardly any noise, and the free WiFi was fast. For the budget price it was really astonishing how wonderful our stay was."

"Place is awful. Breakfast quality is terrible. Some homeless guy kept parking right in front of the room talking to himself and leaving the parking lot smelling like piss. Rooms are old and worn out and dirty. Beds creak. Shady people around everywhere you look. Not a bad spot as far as being close to restaurants and the mall. And the pool are was pretty nice."

"Location is close to everything i needed to do. I don't like best western 95% of the time. I was sent here because my hotel reservations are their sister hotel was overbooked/canceled and they booked me here. I was mad. They didnt even have bacon for breakfast. They had some light sausage meat. I was picked up and dropped off at my original hotel. WYNDHAM Hotel"
