"Shabby and beaten up furniture, musty. But it wouldn’t have been so bad if they had just ONCE bothered to clean our room. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights and the room never was cleaned. On day two when we asked, they said “Oh the cleaning is by request only.” Which is fine of course, so we asked for a clean. When we returned it was not done. This same interaction repeated for the next 2 days. No cleaning crew, no towels, no service. When we woke up to check out OF COURSE the cleaning crew knocked— right on time!— which makes me think they are purposely just cleaning between guest stays, to save money. Oh the best part! When we complained to the manager about this issue upon checkout, instead of offering any remedy (like a comped room etc), you know what he offered? A water bottle. “Would you like a free water?” Um, thanks for offering a 50¢ remedy bro. Hard pass."

"It was worst room. They gave me maintenance room which is so many issue. Never ever recommended too anyone. Sink water not going. Couch is dirty . I been staying with Marriott so many time this hotel sounds like I stay in independent motel. So many issue which is horrible stay"

"Worst experience ever the girl at the front with a horrible attitude and like she don’t want to do her job then instead of doing her job she was telling to go somewhere else. I’ll never come back here as a member I should never experience bad service she needs to be fired. Talking crazy to the guest and then got on the phone to talk to someone about the situation, instead of doing her job. Marriott do better. She doesn’t need to be in the front if she doesn’t know how to speak to guest. I’m definitely taking it to cooperate."

"I have stayed here multipe times on trips down to West Palm. The location is decent if you are only staying for a short time and want to be close to the airport. There are some decent places to eat close by. The rooms and decor is a little dated and the hotel could probably use a little refresh. However the service at the front desk is top notch, Jennifer (I believe that was her name) at the front desk was super friendly and personable. I can't say that about every Marriott I have ever been too. So decent stay, decent location, and decent rates for the area."
