"I always enjoy staying at this Hotel. The staff iare very welcoming. The covered outdoor seating areas are fantastic to enjoy the Florida weather. -1 star only because the road noise can be an issue at night occasionally . Most of the time it’s a quiet , comfortable spot with great staff."

"I joined a family member for the final 2 nights of their 5 night stay here. The good: -Front desk staff are all very nice and courteous. -The fitness center never had anyone in it and had a Peloton bike. -There was a guest laundry room (I didn’t use but if I had been there for a week, I would have appreciated). -Beds were very comfortable. -There is a paid breakfast that my family member enjoyed. I ordered an omelet one day and was not too impressed, but it gets the job done. The bad: -Housekeeping did not come at all on the day I arrived (middle of my family member’s stay). When we got back to the hotel in the late afternoon and found a pile of wet towels on the ground, I went and asked the front desk to at least send someone to change the towels. I was asked to put the old ones in the hallway, which were taken away, but new ones never were delivered. The next day someone knocked on our door and asked if we wanted housekeeping, and they did come. -The conditioner bottle in the shower was empty the whole time and not replaced. I didn’t specifically ask for it to be, but seems like it was not checked. -There was no shower gel provided at the hotel, only the dinky bars of soap. The room was also noticeably dark and most of the lighting did exist was from little lamps that had to be turned on in various corners of the room; it was kind of strange. Neither of these things are really a problem about which one can complain for the class of hotel, though. Just more of a note. Location is an office park/hotel area around the corner from the airport. The “fun stuff” in downtown West Palm is 5-9 min away. Overall, I would stay here again if it were the most competitively-priced hotel in the area by a margin, but wouldn’t necessarily be excited about it."

"Check in was smooth and the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We purchased the $10 breakfast coupon not expecting much. Dana was server and she was helpful, friendly, and funny! Brenda, the cook, was also very nice and friendly. If you eat breakfast I would highly recommend getting the breakfast Coupon as the servings are very large and you can also get food from the breakfast bar as well. The rooms were clean. We only had one bar of soap on arrival to the room and had to ask for more. The bathroom felt a bit cramped as well, but it was clean.I did notice the quilt had a stain on it, but the sheets smelled freshly washed. I wish there was a mirror on the bathroom wall that extends so you can do your makeup. Overall it was a good experience."

"Ashley, Damain and Trevar were super friendly. All of them had smiles on their face and the service was great! The bar had ice cold beers! Also, the rooms are very nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again."

"Great location. Friendly staff from the front desk to our server, Avril; along with the General Manager, Heather! She certainly was a welcoming team member and made our stay comfortable! She definitely cares about her staff and guests having spoken with her on a few occasions throughout our stay. Restaurant was not only convenient but delicious. Shuttle service offered to the downtown area where they have a theater, restaurants, shops and bars!! Definitely returning in the future."
