"Very outdated hotel. Furniture looks like it came from a garage sale or college dorm room. Hallways haven’t been painted in years and has a musty smell. Shower in bathroom has cracks in wall. On a good note, Front desk personnel were helpful and friendly. I would not stay here again."

"As previous comments mentioned, the hotel is dated and could go through an upgrade. As it is a crew hotel, you'll have crews checking in and out throughout the night. This makes it really loud along the corridors as you keep hearing the doors slamming or people talking/shouting. Rooms are really badly isolated from sound. When the room next door takes a shower or flushes the toilet, it becomes really loud as well. The shower is ok but water pressure is weak and you wait ages for warm water. Rooms are clean though. Concierge lounge is nothing special and has opening hours. Food is somewhat hit and miss there, so would go to the lounge just as a last resort if nothing else available. Would stay again just for the sake of its convenient location close to the airport but not for the quality of the stay."

"I would not stay here again. They are under construction, and we got a room where the windows were covered in construction paper. The room looked clean. The staff is friendly and my stay was comfortable. The bistro provided good service and good food, but the tea cups were dirty. I asked them to be changed 3 times at breakfast. The utensils had a little food residue. If I was not so lazy, I would have asked them to change it. Seeing how all the tea cups were dirty, I assumed the utensils were as well. I would not stay here again. Too expensive with so many issues."

"The entrance is lovely, but sadly, the rooms do not live up to the price and quality I'd expect. For example, the room did not have a jug, and there were only paper cups for a morning coffee. The air-conditioning in the room was unable to be adjusted. The hairdrier plug was not functional, the drains in the basin and shower were very slow to drain, and the room had a musty smell. On a positive note, the toiletries were lovely fresh smelling, and the convention rooms were convenient to attend. The Bistro restaurant also did a great job keeping up with lunch and dinner requirements with a good atmosphere."

"I booked a two night stay at West Palm Beach Marriott, we had a Zac Brown concert and figured this is the perfect location to attend the concert and have access to the downtown area and the location was perfect. Although we were happy with the location of the hotel, the stay is another story. We attended the concert and went back to the hotel, we were in bed, and we heard a splashing sound and thought nothing of it but it continues for some time and only got louder, I got up and turned the lights on to look around and our bathroom ceiling was pouring a steady amount of water from the ceiling. We had 3 electric toothbrushes, a makeup bag with expensive makeup and lotions and everything was completely wet. I moved our things to the other side of the sink and my makeup bag was completely soaked, I called the reception area right away to report the water leak, this all took place at 12:20am in the morning. The gentleman who answered the phone said he would send someone up to look at the leak. Eventually someone came to the room with a lot of towels, he threw towels on the floor and all over the counter and said they needed to move us to another room and gave me the keys to a room on the same floor. He left after giving me the key and I never heard back from anyone. After packing up all our belongings and settling into the other room, I was still very upset and called down to the reception area again and the gentleman said he was sorry and would provide a $100.00 credit and provided us with 3 hotel toothbrushes. I paid $529.97 for a two night stay and $32.00 for parking, a total of $561.97. We had to throw away our electric toothbrushes and a few pallets of makeup which cost about $400.00 and no one seemed concerned our belongings were wrecked, not to mention my Vera Bradley make up bag has to be replaced. Honestly, we stay in Marriott's often and never had an issue before, so this was very surprising to me."
