"Overall the Oasis is one of the nicer apartments that I’ve lived in. I lived here for almost 3 years. The amenities are pretty nice and I appreciate all they have to offer there. The maintenance and leasing team are pretty available when you need them. Valet trash is always taken like it should be. Cons: There is a really bad car theft problem. My roommate and I have both had things stolen from our cars. My roommates car window was busted and things were stolen out. Often times you can find broken glass in the parking lots showing that car theft happens pretty often. There is sometimes a security car that sits in front of the leasing office but that does not stop the theft. Even when we filed a police report the officer mentioned that theft happened in this neighborhood often."
"The management has been super helpful and responsive right from our application process to the move-in process. The support of the staff and the maintenance team has been incredible and they have taken extra steps to make us feel at home in our amazing new apartments! Special shout-out to Gigi for coordinating and managing our seamless move-in experience!"

"Oasis is a great place to live. The manager and the whole entire staff are very friendly and welcoming. You feel like family there. They are very professional, and well organized. They will handle any problems you may have quickly. The maintenance team is awesome, they do not procrastinate. They get the job done quickly and accurately. The apartments are beautiful, the pool is awesome and I enjoyed the gym. Don't hesitate about moving there, you'll be glad you did."
"Ultimate place to live. It's absolutely amazing. I love going to the pool and using the brand new grills. The pool is always clean and the club house is very well maintained. The smart lock is a life savior when my kids forget to lock the door or I want to make sure they are safe. I work very hard and having a trash service is a very nice touch."
