"We live near the beach so this was a one night getaway. Very nice hotel. It was clean, quiet, and modern. The rooftop bar was lovely. I'd recommend this hotel, especially if you have older kids or are adults only."
"Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very clean. Staff were friendly and professional. The tablet feature in the room was a great feature. We enjoyed the free shuttle to the park. It was right on time didn't wait that long for both directions. We ate breakfast and liked it. We wish we had dinner there but we went elsewhere for dinner. Next time. We will be back."
"Loved the hotel, our room and the cleanliness. Pool was great! Super location and ability to use the water taxi from sister Hotel Sapphire Falls, and you can pool hop.. Amazing to use the water taxi to get to City Walk, Universal and Island of Adventure. Busses are available also, but the water taxi is just another fun thing. For the price of the stay and tickets to Disney though, there should be some sort of breakfasts included. Seriously."
"Great hotel for the price. Incredibly clean and has a great view of the theme park. The staff is friendly and bus transportation is convenient. The pool area was very clean and never crowded. Staff at the front desk, universal store, and urban pantry were all friendly. The food at urban pantry was much tastier than expected and a good value."
"Very clean and sleek. In-room tech was next level! Food service was great and staff were so friendly. Shuttle process was easy and plenty of elevators for everyone coming and going without a ridiculous wait. The kid suite with adjoining room was perfect for our party of 8 and the floor to ceiling windows were awesome. It's a little further to get to the parks than other Universal resorts we've stayed at, which left us inside the City Walk, but the value is worth it if you've got a large group."
