"We spent 3 nights in this motel. The booking process and communication with the virtual reception went well, and the first impression of the room was also great. Particularly noteworthy is the location 2 minutes from the beach. and then came the disillusionment. We had room 3 - both the street noise and the extremely noisy walls and ceilings are just annoying. The guests above us were always awake and tramping around like a pack of elephants. Another guest was walking up and down outside the door after midnight making a phone call. The hotel is not responsible for the guests, but it can upgrade the soundproofing. The room was always dark. The bathroom smelled strongly of old sweat. In summary - great location, but I wouldn't recommend the motel"

"LOVE, LOVE, LOVED IT!” In a world of newfound extra ammenties and incidentals charges that most places now have, this place is a unicorn, as there were neither. From the jump, we loved the self check-in and the studio efficiency vibe, we didnt have any front desk drama as there was none, and the only workers seen were the cleaning guys resetting some of the rooms btw 130 to 330pm, whom seemed to enjoy their jobs and were very pleasent. In the room, the A/C worked wonderfully, the bed was comfy, and the shower was great. I especially loved the black face cloths for washing makeup off at the end of the night, and thought it was a nice touch, along with the organic toiletries and conair hairdryer. We didn't really use the kitchen but it was nicely stocked if we wanted to cook a meal. The fridge/ freezer kept everything cold. There even was a broom and dust pan for those of us who are OCD, lol, and a luggage rack, so your bags dont need to touch the floor. All in all, we were really happy with our decision to book here, and would happily stay here again in the future. Two municipal parking lots less than a block away, and two garages 3 blocks away. Great location in the center of lummus, 1 block from the beach, and walkable to alot of south beach's major activities. Pictures of rooms online are accurate, and the front gate to the complex made the property feel extra safe, and peaceful. Oh, and the tv had every app and streaming subscription known to man!"

"Location! Location! Location! This was exactly what we needed for our little getaway! Super cute and chic! Literally a block away from the beach, Clevelander, Mango's, and a ton of other eateries and bars! Will definitely come back! Also, quick responses from management were definitely a plus!"

"Spent a week at this hotel with some friends for a vacation. I honestly have nothing but good things to say. The room was perfect, clean and spacious, well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of stores nearby (CVS, Walgreens, cafes), walking distance to the beach. Loved the keyless entry. The management was very responsive and attentive. All in all, amazing! Would definitely stay again. Thanks aloha Friday's!!"
