"My wife and I had a FANTASTIC experience staying here for three nights in late January of this year. Great qualities include: so much character and ambiance, wonderful live piano music to enjoy every night, delicious food (Cuban Molletes are AMAZING - thank you Nathan), a magical rooftop pool, the real deal morning yoga, the beach a stones throw away, and to top it off, PAUL, the ultimate concierge - you have to come here just to meet him! He is so much fun and has tons of solid ideas of activities to do based on your interests. We cannot recommend this venue more for a weekend getaway with your beloved."

"My husband and I have stayed at the Betsy multiple times and love it so much. The breakfast menu is delicious and so is the bar menu. Fritzner at the front desk literally knows everything about Miami if the concierge is busy. We tend to be out and about during the day and it's nice to arrive back and have such a lovely welcome from the staff."

"We have stayed at the Betsy Hotel in Miami on 4 different occasions and each stay has been as wonderful as the last. The Betsy is a true gem in the heart of South Beach - ideal location on Ocean Drive however removed from the typical South Beach craziness. The food at LT is fabulous and the service throughout the hotel is wonderful. Gustavo at the rooftop pool is warm, friendly and accommodating; we look forward to seeing and chatting with him during each of our visits! Carmen was also a fantastic bartender! Juan at the concierge was helpful upon our arrival and departure. Also, if you love dogs - the Betsy has two Canine Executive Officers, Betsy and Rosa that you may spot during your stay! The hotel is also pet friendly. Highly recommend the Betsy Hotel and would not stay anywhere else in Miami!"

"We had a great stay at The Betsy! The breakfast was incredible, best popovers we’ve had, and it’s a short 2 minute walk to Collins Ave and the beach. Rooftop pool and bar offered a cool environment, and the service was excellent all around! Special shout out to Sheila, Juan, and Evans for a great stay. Quick feedback to tell future guests is to make sure their Uber/driver knows the correct side for car drop off as our driver dropped us off at the back side which locks at night. The Betsy was so quick to come get us, but just a quick tip for guests. thanks again!"
