"Wife and I had our first baby here and felt very well taken care of the by exceptional staff who were professional, experienced, patient and friendly. They accommodated all our needs, and if we have another baby would be happy to be back. My only constructive suggestion is for the hospital to have a lactation consultant available on weekends -- especially on busy weekends where almost every room is full."

"On January 31st so my water broke so my boyfriend and I headed to west Boca, where I had a planned c section on the 19th. Starting with the first nurse in triage my entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end. They admitted me and we had a planned C-section with my doctor the next morning at 7:30 AM. My first nurse in the labor and delivery area, Huvie, was truly an angel. She was incredibly attentive, but she was just a wonderful person overall. I was very worried about having a C-section to begin with especially now that I was 19 days early. She kept me calm and assured me that everything would be okay. She also explained how it would go and what to expect. I was hoping I would have her in the morning, but my baby did not want to wait that long. I started having contractions at 3 AM and was in the OR by 4 for my C-section. My Dr and the entire team was wonderful, Dr tackore, Is not only knowledgeable, but has wonderful bedside manner. All the nurses that I had in postpartum were spectacular as well; Nadine, Kyra, Corry, Sally, and those are just the names I can remember. I can’t imagine having a better experience, and if anyone is considering a great place to have a baby West Boca is it. THANKS GUYS!"

"Had my first baby here 1/24/24 and honestly was insanely impressed! I was full of tons of fears of complications etc, but every nurse I met was incredible. They were all very very compassionate, supportive, patient and kind. Informed consent with them went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for a better experience"

"I had my baby 10/27 and my nurses were INCREDIBLE! It all began at triage with Nurse Alyssa whom was amazing… I had come in 10/26 around 9:30 and had seen her because I was nervous with no baby movement… Baby was fine and they didn’t once make me feel silly for caring extra lol, on 10/27 at 5am my water had ruptured and Alyssa was there again being the sweetest person!!! At 7am shifts were changed and the best part began!!! To begin with Anna, she was amazing and really helped, loved, cared for me the whole time I was there! Helped me along the whole way! checking on me every second of the way and understanding my needs, giving me tips and really just guiding me along the way, also helping me to breastfeed!! There was also nurse Sophie, who was also very gentle and supportive!!! As I went into postpartum unit, I was welcomed by nurse sally! Who was also an angel, my baby was not latching on and all I wanted was to breastfeed and she explained everything along the way and also answered all my dumb little questions as well!!! Overall an amazing experience and can’t wait to have baby #2 here!!!"
