"Very good location and nice friendly staff . Valet is $45 per day . Takes 30 min for a valet call . Rooms are small , small bathroom and mattresses that move over the bed frame . Small cafe and decent pool . Price is okay . Central cooling so couldn’t adjust temp of my room as per my liking . walking distance to beach ."

"This was our family's one-day visit to Miami for our husband's birthday. The hotel turned out to be a good choice due to its excellent location, the availability of free sun loungers, towels and an umbrella on the beach, and a swimming pool with sun loungers on site. Breakfast can be purchased at the cafe near the pool for about $12, tea and coffee are free. In addition, a few steps away from the hotel there are bakeries and an Italian trattoria, where there is an excellent choice of dishes and prices. We are also very pleased with the attitude of the staff, especially Miss Cony at the reception. We were also allowed to store our belongings after check out and use the beach club."

"Very pleasant stay at the San Juan Hotel. Appreciated the convenient location, walking distance from most Miami beach attractions, friendly service and comfortable rooms. Beach towels and loungers are included (short walk from the hotel). We slept well, street noise was not an issue. Pool area was beautiful but note that pool is not heated during the colder months."

"Great value for the price. Hotel offers everything you could need and the location is perfection. So close to the beach (two chairs and one umbrella came with our room), many restaurants nearby, super walkable. Valet parking was the only parking option, but that seems pretty typical around this area. We did not mind that as we didn’t need our car often. The rooms were clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and the black out curtains were appreciated. We would stay here again if traveling back to South Beach."
