Despite the daunting reviews I had come across, my experience was nothing short of excellent. The staff was incredibly attentive and courteous, making the process smooth and pleasant. I could be outlier but I’m not complaining. A piece of advice for future visitors: make sure to fill out the form before approaching the window. It definitely helps streamline your visit."
"This place is an easy in and out for birth certificates. The people working here though, are miserable. Annette Parker has zero common courtesy. I get it, you work for the county, but there is absolutely no reason to make a quick visit that horrible and unwelcoming. Do better."
"This clinic is just ghetto. The staff tries their best, but what I don’t like the loud , boisterous, ghetto people I had to tolerate who were there for wic, no manners, just pure ghettoness, they don’t care if they skip you in line. Save yourself the grief and go to the location in Wesley chapel if you don’t want to deal with that either."

"They said I make too much to qualify! Uhhh does my baby make anything? No! And what am I suppose to be, homeless to qualify for anything?! I barely make enough for bills and my wife doesn’t work. We Probably will be homeless on the side of the road with signs soon! Then maybe we’ll qualify! Now my baby has nothing to eat! Thanks again Florida for nothing!!"
