"The room is okay. Poor design setup. The tv is centered on the bed making the couch worthless. The breakfast was excellent. No complaints there. The WiFi is awful so don’t even bother with it. You can’t even watch YouTube with it. The big concern is the two large abandoned hotels on connecting sides of the property. Forget about walking anywhere late in the evening. The parking area needs to be well lit to keep the homeless away."

"Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (Oct 23rd and 24th) during my business travel to Orlando. Hotel is little dated but located at a very convenient location and was very economical for price. When I walked in lady at the front desk was not present (I waited for almost 15 minutes) so I have to use mobile check in and walk to my room. After I saw her later in night and told her that I checked in by myself, no welcome or complimentary snack or water bottle (I am Hilton Gold member). I have to ask her if I can get complimentary water bottle. Room was pretty small and guest/room service is every other day. Fitness center is pretty small and can accommodate two to three people the most. Best part of the stay was complimentary breakfast, ladies were attentive and serve breakfast warm. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a short stay."

"Service was excellent. Very friendly staff. Room was clean, however the bed was very firm for me. Hampton Inn used to have soft beds but not so much lately. The lobby bathroom was not as clean as it could be. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of things to eat. I would stay here again...if I could not find a hotel with a softer bed."

"Service is great the staff are friendly. We booked our room in the last minute, so we didn't expect much about our room, but surprisingly since it is by Hilton, the room was very clean,the bed is comfy and the view from our room is great. We didn't even need to get out and watch fireworks, we just watch it right in our window. The breakfast is great, it start at 6:30-9:30am, Mickey waffles is fun to make for our kiddos. The location is great as well, near the parks."

"I enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. The customer service is excellent. They are very kind and generous with whatever requested needs you may have. Their housekeeping is something you have to request in advance because they do not do it automatically like other hotels due to post Covid 19. The rooms are nice and clean. They come with big size shower essentials so you don't have to bring your own. Their breakfast is decent, but I wish they had more space for dining since it gets too crowded. Parking can be a little difficult because it's on a small lot."
