"Billed me for reading i never got and i have called 5 times and message dr and nurses on my chart to no avail. Kept saying the provider is out. I had my bravo recorder dropped off nov 17th. Spoke to three nurses via the app and two representatives on the phone that both said they left a message with gastroenterology twice to call me and nothing someone message me On my chart jan 4th said they will have the result by following week and its jan 29"

Then it was a Monday right , A WEEK TO PUT UTI medicine TOO MY PHARMACY friday finally! what a joke, click away to do you guys jobs."

"My 75 year old mother had a follow up appointment today at 1045AM. Her appointment was to be seen by the surgeon, Dr Arnaotakis to review over her incision sight. she had heart surgery and had developed cellulitis. she gets to her appointment with medical transportation. 1 hour away, mind you. The staff there and a female lady by the name of TERRY, says The doctor is NOT HERE. he's in a different location. Mersona.. I was on the phone with my mother and I was quite upset. I asked to speak to TERRY-- she refused. She said she's not talking to anyone. Then she walked away. Absolutely disgusting! The way they treated her and ANYONE that is vulnerable/ elderly is abhorrent! When I asked them about this error (change of location) their response was, we sent you a text on the update. 100% LIES. I WOULD NOT BE WRITING THIS IF THAT WERE TRUE. They told her to get a ride over to the other building and they'll SEE if they can squeeze her in. "She still has time" is what they said. I'm on the phone w my mother, listening to it all. Not ONE person took accountability. No remorse or empathy. The staff members like TERRY are cold and callous. My mother went home. With no help from USF. I feel for anyone who takes care of their elderly parents--- to beware of this type of facility."

"I have a condition called Endometriosis and USF Health has a renowned specialist group for Endo. I HIGHLY recommend going to their group if you also have this condition. Not only did I FINALLY get true care and compassion regarding my pain, but I got an incredibly knowledgeable Dr who knew exactly what I needed to feel relief. I had my laparoscopy 4 weeks ago and I have never felt better. I didn’t realize how many way Endo was messing with my day to day outside of my cycle. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Encalada Soto for taking such good care of me."

"My mom had a great experience here. I brought her to her appointment 45 mins early and they got her in early. Friendly and through staff. Even the security was very pleasant but alert! Nice waiting rooms though the folks waiting were loud on their phones and such. If I gotta go to a hospital then this one was definitely a good choice."
