"Everything about my stay at Jasper in Miami was perfect from day one. I was staying in Miami for a long weekend, a 3 nights stay, I had an absolutely wonderful time. The location, the room and the proximity to the ocean. The room are exactly like in the pictures and I spent my first day exploring Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road. Both of these streets are vibrant and exciting, and I had a wonderful time shopping. When I returned to the apartment in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had been cleaned and well organized. I also found a welcome note and extra towels on my bed. It is located in the heart of South Beach, just steps from the beach and all the action. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I would like to especially thank Ernesto and Glen from customer service for all their help and assistance during my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed and that I was enjoying my time at the jasper miami. I also want to thank Gisel, the housekeeper, for her attention to detail and her excellent cleaning skills. The room was always spotless, and she even left me a nice note one day – thank you. I highly recommend Jasper to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Miami Beach. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable and stylish, and the staff is top-notch."
