"I stayed at this hotel after problem with a reservation at a nearby hotel. The staff at the reception was very helpful with every problem we had (especially Tina). The rooms are very spacious and modern. The only thing that bothered was the housekeeping every 3rd day. The location is great, very close to Universal and outlet premium and there are good restaurants nearby"

"An excellent hotel. If you are looking for a great place to stay close to Universal, this is it! What a clean and spacious room! I like how the floor is not carpeted and instead has a nice rug between the beds. Feels so clean! I just loved it. Everything is brand new. The pillow cases were so new and clean and even seem to have been ironed!!! Wow. The male staff at front desk is awesome. There is one black female who has a strange rude voice. But can be easily overlooked, maybe she has some personal issues."

"This was my second time time staying at this hotel and it’s always been a wonderful experience. The room not only smelled very clean, but was clean in itself as well. It was very presentable and it was overall a very comfy experience. The customer service has also been wonderful both times I have stayed. This trip I had left behind an item of mine on accident and members of the staff, Miss Tina and Mr. Luis, were very attentive and ensured that I would get my item delivered back to my home. They were excellent and gave an amazing service. I look forward to my next stay at this location of the Wyndham in Orlando."
