Spark by Hilton Orlando near SeaWorld

"Way to expensive for a made over best western...Hilton made a huge mistake here and should have stopped with the Tru brand, this "spark" thing is a horrible mistake. Do Not stay here unless your paying 70 dollars a night, not worth any more money. Just renovated so if you do decide to stay here do it before this summer because they are sure to not keep up with maint. and rooms once they start getting damaged, and stained, and fleas, bed bugs, and so on. This is a dump motel in the making. Rooms are very tiny and their "breakfast" is a joke. It's in a very sketchy area so homeless folks are around and I even saw discarded needles in the parking lot, just drive by you'll see. I made the mistake of staying her and I'm a Diamond member. NO breakfast or coffee offered...It will available by the time you read this but as for me I would not stay there for anymore than ....like I said $70.00 or less. I know they try to "paint a pretty picture" to lure in the unsuspecting, but any way I tried to warn you."

"I stayed one night and it was AWFUL. Sewer water started coming out of the sink whenever we showered or used the bathroom. Our shoes and some of my clothing got wet with the sewer water. My group couldn’t even finish showering because we were scared more sewer water would come up. Our room smelled horrible. We went to ask for help at the front desk FOUR TIMES. Two times at night and two times the next morning. The Plummer did come in to look and witness the leakage and said he can’t do anything until we check out. So basically we have to put up with the sewer room until it’s our time to leave. It was horrible. I’m never staying her again. Also, they only compensated me $50 which isn’t even a quarter of what I paid to stay there so I called Hilton customer service and they couldn’t even help me with much more. I’ve been a Hilton member for years and this was so disappointing"

"It's a great place to lay your head. No coffee maker in the rooms but if that's the only thing I'm complaining about lol everyone was so nice. It's really Convenient to SeaWorld and the convention center."

"I have been dealing with guest services for days. I unfortunately inhaled something from the air from all the construction and damages. Our luggage was to be drug over cords. There was no security, employees were loading their vehicles with furniture from the dumpsters. Upon check in I asked for a different hotel and was denied. We are from WI- we were traveling that day and needed a break with kids. I wish I didn’t go against my gut because I’ve been suffering ever since. I had to stay in my car the last night because I had issues breathing and didn’t want to disturb everyone else in my party. This hotel was booked for VACATION and RELAXATION!! We did not get what we paid for and it ruined my vacation. They served breakfast on floor 1!! That’s in the same room as these photos and the crap in the air went through the vents and would end up even on floor 5!!! The pool and hot tub were both unusable due to maintenance. So many safety and health code violations!!!!!"
