Kasa El Paseo Miami Beach

"We had a 2 night stay at Kasa el Paseo and had a great experience, we rented a king size bed room. The location is awesome right on espanola way, so close to shops, bars, restaurants. I loved the vibrant environment and energy, but if you’re someone who needs a quiet place to sleep I wouldn’t recommend staying here because the action doesn’t stop till past midnight. They do offer complimentary ear plugs. The room itself was comfortable, bed was comfy, the bathroom was up to date and overall the room was clean. If you are a couple, this is a great hotel for a nice little getaway, the beach is only a block and half away, and the area where they offer beach chairs is not far. When it comes to safety the building despite being in the middle of espanola way is gated and secure. Overall we had a great experience would definitely come again on our next visit!"

"I was skeptical of the location when I first went there, I but I loved the location and all the activities that were close by. I didn’t love the cold shower I had to take every day as the hot water was out in my room. Friends who stayed in other rooms did not have the same issue. It was challenging to find someone to talk to about the room and the issues as everything is done online so there is no human interaction."

"Great rooms at a really good price. Location was excellent. I would however say that it can be noisy up to around 12. Just the nature of being on a busy street. Nothing that a couple of ear plugs can't sort and is balanced by the location. 5 minutes to the beach with free beach chairs included. (They do charge for umbrellas however.) Would have been helpful to have a few bowls or something available as they do have a microwave. An excellent stay and would recommend!"

"I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was amazing- literally just steps from a vibrant nightlife and great restaurants. The entry to my hotel building was private and gated. If you've had a long day like me, it was easy to step away from all the hustle and bustle outside, take a shower, get dressed, and step outside again for a late night drink or your choice of dinner at a great restaurant. There was also a fantastic Gelato shop right next to the entry gate where I could get some great dessert. The room itself was clean and fresh and a perfect size for my needs at the time. The staff were great and attentive and were able to help with anything I needed. I was here for business but it would be perfect for a beach vacation- everything you would need including the beach was within a five minute walk. When I come back to Miami, I'm definitely staying here again. It was worth every moment."

"The online reps are wonderful (helpful, prompt, courteous, understands my request every time). I didn’t use any on-site service like housekeeping hence I have a 4 star. However, the on-site front desk concierge, Jose, was very helpful and friendly. He gave us extra coffee pods and beach towels upon request and suggested some places to visit in the city. The room is on the small side but practical, comfortable and clean. However, the walls of the room are thin as we could hear the luggage being rolled in the hallway, the shower running in the next room and the clothes hanger being moved around the closet/garment area by the guests in the next room. Luckily, the hotel wasn’t at full capacity, the few other guests were generally quiet, and we were out and about most of the time. The bed is a little soft for our preference but still comfortable overall. The washroom was a good size and also very clean with all the toiletries available. We would stay there again but perhaps not at high/peak season due to the potential noise issues (thin walls and we’re light sleepers)."
