"Beware of their billing at this Dr office. They code the insurance for the same diagnosis that made on first appointment regardless you discussed it or not next year . That’s fraud. No use if you want them re check unless you go thru legally. They won’t even listen to you. They also code outside range of what they supposed to code on physicals which they know they won’t cover and you will get few hundred bill for that. Physicals should be covered 100%and the staff should know what to do on physicals and advise pt to make an appointment separately from physicals to avoid extra billing. There is no more care about the patients and they are just numbers."

"I used to be a patient to this awesome doctor a couple years ago and unfortunately moved away so I haven’t been to her. I called to make an appointment and the lady I spoke with on the phone was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever spoke with at this location. When she first answered she asked me what I was coming in for. I could barley get through three words and she interrupted me for my name and information. And after that it was just a downhill slope. Extremely rude and made me feel absolutely so small when all I was trying to do was book an appointment to work on my health. They are not accepting “new patients” at this time. Will not be returning to this doctors office ever. And the sad thing is I really love Dr. Ghosh. She is amazing and I never had an issue with her. Very disappointed in the staff these days though. Do better."

"I’ve been a patient with Dr. Ghosh for 10+ years. I used to really like her, however lately she seems condescending, especially if you disagree with her. I am considering finding a new primary care physician because I no longer feel like I am treated with courtesy and respect. She may have went to school for 12 years to get her degree, but that doesn’t mean I am stupid or incapable of reading and comprehension. I feel like she has an attitude of I’m the doctor with a degree, therefore you should do what I say without question."

"She really deserves a ZERO! Horrible bedside manners....the worse! This wouldn’t be so bad if she actually new what she was doing. I have not been to her personally but my friend was put in the hospital for being misdiagnosed. She kept dismissing what my friend was telling her and kept treating her for something that was not the cause for her pain! The last visit she informed her nurse to write something down and talk slow because “she is slow”. What kind of doctor says that about her patient! Also, she never even apologized for misdiagnosing her and landing her in the hospital! Would NEVER recommend her."

"Amazing care. Every staff member from appointments with Maria to office check in Marcia ( I think that is her name) all smiles and can do attitude. Assessments are through with both Dr Ghosh and Lorna . Referrals are ready by check out. Medicines are in pharmacy by time I drive to Walmart. Choices offered. This is the best run office I’ve been to . I’m a RN and patient along with my mother. Need care consider this practice. Treats patient with loving care every step of way . If you want to get better they can help you help yourself . Thanks to all"
