"I'm writing this review for my parents. Don't bring your parents here if you love them as much as I do. This clinic was top notch when I switched them over about 2yrs now. My complaints are this team has gone down hill they have no compassion or empathy towards their patients anymore! My mom was given wrong medication & disregarded within 2 weeks with even worser behavior from the 1st visit that was a week ago. 1st visit They sent a male to see her without a female MA! PA Barbara Vargas was not seeing my mom at the time. She decided to come in the room and said oh whats wrong now? That was uncalled for making my mom feel uncomfortable while she is in pain!!! Chole was the PA to be seeing my mother that day. Barbara still came in being argumentative towards both of us. We have an opinion about the 1st visit & we stated our concerns & God forbid you use your 5th amendment rights to say what you need to say!! Barbara has the worst attitude I've ever seen in my life. My mother asked her to leave the room & she refused now the other lady Chole had a nasty attitude as well towards the situation. The office manager was not being fair only trying to protect her team about this behavior towards my mother & myself!!! The rasing of her voice & her tone was very childish. my mom is now full of anxiety & now she feels like she is coming to be treated to get well by these people she trusted with the ability to be caring & had sympathy towards her. Today's visit was even worser than before my aunt took her & they were both treated with nasty attitudes again. They walked out for disregarded disrespectful unprofessionalism from this team again! As their daughter I'm taking action as I should to protect my parents from such a disbursing office that has lost all respect from us!!! We will not be returning ever. They have lost my son & myself as patients as well in this office for this behavior towards us!!! If I could zero stars I would!!!!"

"‼️DO NOT GO HERE‼️ I would give minus 5 stars if I could!!! Too many mistakes to mention, they do not care about your health or well being. Florida Medical Clinic please do not respond to this (I just got off the phone with management) or I will list EVERYTHING that you have done wrong!"

"Told me 2.5 to 3 hours total. Had me lay on the bed for 3 hours and I still had people in front of me. Only once someone checked on me. Last 15 min my monitor was sounding alerts because some wires got moved and still nobody checked. I could have been having an issue and nobody woulx even know. After that I left."
