"Came for my first well woman exam and Rosa made me immediately feel comfortable. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it, was very gentle, and helped keep me calm. I was super nervous and while the actual process was uncomfortable at times, she reminded me to breathe and encouraged me the entire time."

"Let me say this will be the most honest review that you'll read, also do not discredit the low rated reviews, they all have a lot of truth in them. I absolutely hate writing bad reviews for places but this place earned theirs 100% After 10 years of trying to conceive I was pregnant with my husband and I's miracle child I was recommended to go to this place because I did not have insurance and I was on temporary Medicaid. Let me start out by saying that your problems are not their problems and they do not make your problems a priority. The receptionists and phone service are absolutely dreadful, it is all about the money here if you don't have money or good insurance you might as well get the heck out! The bottom line is they care about money not about your baby or health. Don't bother leaving a message on the answering machine they won't call you back unless you call and pester them a million times Be prepared to go to the ER because that is all they ever recommend, most likely because they can hardly ever get you in unless you call a million times and absolutely bug the heck out of them. I actually got more information about the baby growing inside me from multiple trips to the ER because this place would not see me or make time for me after I was having major complications with my pregnancy and being able to converse with my doctor would have been so valuble. Long story short I wound up miscarrying our miracle baby didn't get any compassion at all for it from this place. They bluntly told me over the phone that my levels were low that my baby was either gone or not viable, no compassion just pretty much your kids gone the end. When asking them for more information I was given nothing but a doctor's appointment 3 weeks away. Had to go back to the ER to confirm that I was in miscarriage. I'm not blaming this place for my miscarriage but they surely did not help this first time Mom and if anything put me under so much stress that it might have been one of the reasons I had a miscarriage. Linda new and her assistant are about the only compassionate people that I could find in the entire place although that was after calling a bunch and just irritating them in general to try and get me in. They definitely do not make it easy or simple. If you don't have money or insurance don't bother because they could care less at that point. Also be prepared for rudeness on the phone because the receptionists could literally care less about you or what you need. Also the amount of times that they email you canceling your appointment that they just decided to up and cancel- even if you've cleared your schedule for this appointment they don't care. If I do ever get pregnant again I'll have to take out a loan to find a better doctor because this place is a three ring circus missing all of its rings run by a screwed-up ring master. You may get lucky and have a good experience but the majority of us have not with this place and it is one of the lower end doctors to go to. If you're a high risk pregnancy and you're not supposed to stress at all stay away from this place because they will add to your stress pile real quick!"

"I had a good experience. Dr. Goss was very informative and had a nice mannerism about him. I left his office awaiting a couple tests to come back with results that will be discussed with me in a few days by phone. He was very thorough and I would definitely visit again."

"Terrible phone customer service. After waiting in a phone queue for a long period, I called to ask a question about changing my appointment time. My cycle was close to starting and I wasn’t sure if the doctor would want me to wait till it’s ended. The scheduling woman (I don’t have her name unfortunately) was very rude from the start of the phone call. She said I needed to speak to a nurse and immediately cut the line on me before I could even finish my sentence. Just a terrible experience. Makes me not want to continue going to the facility."

"The front desk staff we so friendly and cheerful at the Deltona office for first thing in the morning! I wish I could remember their names…Dr. Parker was very easy to speak to and listens to what I was saying… which is hard to come by these days! Overall great experience."
