"The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and super attentive to my travel needs. They helped me make the most of my one day in Florida. They will go out of their way to help you get the best experience possible during your stay. The rooms are amazingly priced and the tenants in the building show it. Great spot. Great accommodation. "The place just transitioned from being a hotel to a extended stay-type hotel. The rooms were still in hotel quality shape. I ended up staying for a month and half. Overall, its ok. Rooms could be cleaner but its acceptable. Customer service isnt the best, sometimes i felt as if i was staying in a homeless shelter. WiFi works on and off. If you just need a place to sleep, don’t need wifi, and are on a budget, may be this is alright. Otherwise, pay little bit extra and get a better place."
"Honestly the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. Hotel office closed before ten, and the emergency contact answered the phone and hangs up. No help when you need it, and nobody here should you need anything. Terrible hotel."
