"For years I had been telling all the different doctors and the PA that there was something wrong with my daughter and got no help whatsoever. I changed pediatricians and in less than a week They did bloodwork on my daughter and sent her for a pelvic ultrasound and put her on medication that has absolutely changed her life. "Front desk lady rude, had an attitude, impolite, not help with processed, i came today oct 6 at 1:30 for my baby two month check up, the front desk lady supper rude and unprofessional, she told us we dont have the appointment today and that it, so i get confused and ask her who is my insurance company pick as a primary dr ? she not even wanted to answer my question and told us” im not even have time to explain to u , go figure out ur self or call my insurance company, “ who is talk to clients like that? the office not even call me to notice our appointment was change and they only leave a voicemail two week ago tell us “to call them back “, i called 5 time and no one even call me back , i saw too many bad reviews and this office is slow because lack of management and had the front desk lady is mean so turn down too many clients . bad experience, so read ur reviews before come to a dr office. i like the dr but management so bad ruin in the office."

"This has always been an adjustment since we left a great practice in Illinois, ironically with the same name. My 15 year old needed a flu shot. I chose the doctor over Walgreens and had a 9:30 appointment. We arrived at 9:25. At 9:55 I had to make eye contact with the front desk person socializing for at least ten minutes away from the desk behind a closed door. I asked why it was taking so long with not one person in the waiting room and she said they were getting it ready. In response to whether she thought it was fair wasting our time for what took me 30 seconds with an appointment at my doctor, she said it was “different”. I had plenty of time to go online and make an appointment for the next day at Walgreens, so we left. They are routinely sloppy and when we forgot one of the school forms at a checkup, they tried to charge me $10 to do online. Medicine is very hard these days and I feel for the field, but indifference to patients is wrong."

"We’ve been coming here since my son was a few days old. The staff is so friendly, caring and kind. They take such good care us here. Despite how many patients they see daily, they treat us like their only one. They remember my son every time we walk in and greet us with such warmth. I love their walk in hours during the week, first thing in the morning. I never have a problem getting an appointment and the wait times once we check in are never super long. Love this place. Will be going here for many years to come."
