"Completely incompetent. Took my insurance card, but didn’t put it in the system, so I got charged full price. Called me the morning of my appointment to reschedule and didn’t actually put the reschedule in the system. Had to make the appointment on the spot and, after paying the copay, was told they scheduled me with the wrong doctor, who I now have to wait over a month to see. Nobody talks to anybody, everybody thinks that it’s somebody else’s problem. Use this doctor if your time and money mean nothing to you. Update: I finally get to my appointment a month later. I get to the location they gave me in the app and papers. When I get there, the receptionist tells me I need to go to the location 2 miles away. I get there, and they tell me I was at the right location the first time, so I go back. After getting there and waiting for an hour, they tell me they booked the appointment with the wrong person AGAIN. Constantly wasting my time and money. An absolute joke of an organization."

"Hello, I usually don't write reviews but I was very disappointed this morning after getting my 8 years old son out of bed earlier than usual for some lab work at the new location across from Saint Joseph's hospital just for the lab tech working there to be really rude to us. She literally refused to help us saying that we need it to go to quest diagnostic because she didn't have the time. When I said that we were already there, her attitude got even worse and she poked my son in the arm without even looking, of course she did not got the vein. So yes, we are going to quest diagnostic for the lab work that was ordered to my son and that this lady was not able to help with. Very sad for my son.. ."

"I've gone to this place as long as I could remember and every single time I've gotten a different doctor even when I asked for the same one. I also was told I would hear back from them because I got sick and needed my covid results. I assume I didn't have it but I still needed the results to go back to work. I stil haven't gotten them even though I called back three days in a row and its been A WEEK since then. Very unprofessional and seems to be all over the place."

"I am highly disappointed with the customer service provided by the receptionist. I called the office phone numerous times before I could get a hold of someone, I was then told that I would receive a call back to schedule my appointment. I never received the call. I had to drive about 40 minutes to the location just to wait over 2 hours to schedule an appointment in person. The receptionist was inconsiderably rude and had a nasty attitude. I enjoy the doctor I have and would not change physicians but I think the receptionist needs a new job elsewhere."

"If I could give this medical facility NO stars I would. I needed lab work done. They took a specimen and scheduled a follow-up appointment for exactly a week later. Meanwhile I was put on an antibiotic until the specimen could be cultured to determine if the antibiotic prescribed was effective to treat the infection. I never heard a word from them regarding the efficacy of the medication prescribed. Exactly a week later, as scheduled I went back in for the follow up. I was greeted by a student arnp of some sort. Although she had my chart, I had to go over everything that was going on and why I was back. Eventually the doctor came into the exam room. She had no clue why I was back a week later. I mentioned the results of the culture. She said “oh, let me go get those right now. I had forgotten about that”. She never returned to the room. At that point the student dismissed me and I left. I called to try to get some answers. At that point I was told the specimen was lost and never cultured. The receptionist told me they had called and let me know that I would have to come back in and give another sample. If that was the case why wouldn’t they have taken a sample at the follow up appointment. I am 100% positive I never received any phone call, message or communication from these people at all. This is unethical and to say the least. They are liars trying to cover their incompetence. I would NEVER SEND ANYONE THERE FOR ANY KIND OF MEDICAL TREATMENT. HORRIBLE STAFF AND DOCTORS. INCOMPETENT AND UNETHICAL."
