"Ms Jessica is the best therapist there. So great with kids, amazing attitude and wonderful heart. She’s the best and she’s helped my daughter tremendously. I only give 2 stars because the front is terrible at picking up or returning phone calls, I’m hardly ever notified in advance for closures or rescheduled appointments or things of that nature unless it’s from ms Jessica herself which shouldn’t be the case. Whenever I need something done asap or I have to know if my daughter has therapy or not that week or day I always have to text a therapist that I so happen to have the number of. If front desk was in better shape I’d give this place 5 stars, hands down. unfortunately that’s not the case. For reference my daughter has been going here since she was 3. She’s now almost 5"

The patient care coordinator Franchesca Rodriguez went above and beyond to accommodate My schedule for appointments. She was very informative and knowledgeable. She made the process so easy.
