Haley's at Anna Maria Island Inn

"Pictures and description are not indicative of this hotel. Me and my fiance just wanted a night stay on Anna Maria Island. Have a dip in the pool. Well we got to the hotel at 5:30 Noone at the hotel I call the number and they tell me I have to drive back to another hotel to check in. Other people checking into yet another hotel took another 30-3 min. Finally get to hotel walk the 1/4 mile to the beach to get one sunset picture get back to change into swimsuit the pool had no lights. Never came on . About 8:30 I see a man who arrived in a truck wrapped with the hotel logo go into a room adjacent to mine. Thought nothing of it till my room was engulfed with the smell of bug bombs . They were exterminating right next door. We opened our door and windows still woke up with headache and left. Can't call because neither of our phones would call out. The bathroom was so small you could not sit on the commode without hitting the sink . Stopped back at the differs hotel to tell them about the fumes was dismissed with a I don't know what could have caused it. Ridiculous"

"Make no mistake .. your in heaven when you arrive at this place Anna Maria Island… I don’t care what I’m in , a tent, a tin shack, doesn’t matter because your in heaven …. So … the place is great !!!!!!!"

"Decided to take an impromptu trip, booked this room within a week of our anticipated stay! The room was small but absolutely perfect for our short visit to the island! The room was super clean, and they provided us with things like coffee and a toaster! They provide daily housekeeping which is nice being that it is such a tight space! The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect, yet we still felt tucked away in a quiet area! Loved everything about our little trip, and I would recommend Haley’s to any couple looking for a quaint and quiet place to hide away and recharge!"

"Just to let everyone know there were cockroaches and the bathroom was so small you didn’t have no room at all. The ceiling had a leak pouring rain in our room..The walls are really thin and you can hear people talking beside you so we didn’t hardly sleep at all. There is not enough parking spaces to park your vehicle. The amount they charge is not worth it and I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The lady at the front desk was not friendly. We had a hard time getting clean towels and wash cloths. Very unpleasant stay.."

"Very cute place! Bathrooms are not the biggest, but overall it was a very nice and clean place to stay. About a 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach and it was pretty quiet for the most part. Didn't read about what happened years ago at this hotel, until our last night, but it did make it very interesting to read about and actually see where the incident occurred. Would have stayed here regardless. Housekeeping was wonderful and accommodating. Overall, great stay!"
