"Just got back from a last minute getaway with my husband and the experience was amazing! We received an upgraded room and booked a couples massage at the spa. Everything was perfect. They recommended the Beach House for dinner and the whole meal was incredible. Also, from the people and the front desk to the employees at the lounge, everyone was beyone friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!"
"The views and proximity to the beach were amazing! Loved the pool and turf area. Hospitality was top notch. We kept ourselves entertained at your property despite the cooler weather. The only improvement I can ask is a refreshed bathroom and cleaning of the area rugs which I’m sure will be your next move. Great value for the price. Would highly recommend and will rebook when in AMI!"
"Just booked our spring break trip and had a few questions about the resort prior to booking. Called and talked to Mitch at the front desk. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions before helping me book. He mentioned it is a priority to all their employees that they provide great customer service. I feel he did that and look forward to our upcoming trip based on how helpful and friendly he was."
"The space is roomy. The rooms overlooking the beach and the Gulf are amazing. Though chilly with choppy waters because of the storm, it was still fantastic! The staff are incredibly accommodating. We wanted a particular Suite and they made it happen. They heated the outdoor pool because the weather made playing in the ocean tough. They checked on us every day to see if we needed anything and gave advice on places to eat out. Bali Hai is worth the trip to Anna Maria Island. The Island sunsets are an added bonus. Love this place. Definitely going back.!"
"Hands down! My very favorite resort on Anna Maria Island. The staff is over the top with professionalism and making you feel welcome. Always met with a smile and even had amazing recommendations for dinner and activities. We enjoyed a newly renovated room that was pristine! I travel often and enjoy staying at nice places, and let me tell you this place will not only meet, they will exceed your expectations. Already counting down the days till my next stay. Keep up the good work!"
